Rooms Rearranged offers two types of consultations: (within 30 mile radius)
- Informal Report - (Client takes discussion notes) - $100
- Formal Report - (We create a detailed report for you to keep) $175
If you decide to perform the work yourself, our job is done. For those who would rather let Rooms Rearranged handle their staging needs we offer the following full range of services.
Simple Staging for Occupied Homes
We use our trained expertise to tackle the four main areas of your home. These rooms consist of the foyer, kitchen, living room or family room, master bedroom and bath. We will creatively arrange these rooms to show off the area’s best features. We begin by analyzing the room’s focal point then rearrange, eliminate and position the furniture and accessories to create an open and spacious feeling.
Full-Service Staging for Occupied Homes
Our “Full Service Staging” takes the solid base provided by our “Simple Staging” and expands upon it. This package will complete the preparation of all additional rooms in the home. Full service results in the home feeling unified by transforming your whole home into a well-maintained property.
Simple & Full-Service w/accessories
Rooms Rearranged will work within your budget to shop for any additional accessorizing items needed to complete your home’s new look. After you sell, these items are yours to keep for use in your next home. We can purchase as few or as many items as you wish.

This package is for those who want to add a little warmth to a home at a minimum cost. We concentrate mainly on transforming the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer. |

Full Service Vacant Staging – Tier #2
With Tier #2 staging, we bring in enough furniture and accessories to create a warm and inviting feel to the core rooms. We help clients determine which four rooms would be the most beneficial to stage, and then we work our magic.
Model Home Vacant Staging Tier #3
Tier #3 takes staging to the next level. Additional furniture and accessories are brought in to provide Model Home quality to your property. We can stage as many rooms as you would like. |
